What is the plugin or theme you guys using here for the profile page (like this)

On my website, the profile page looks not like this.

Can you please tell me how to make it look like this please

@MJ It's not a plugin. It's the persona theme. It was updated for NodeBB v0.9.x to look like that.

Persona, but I use 8.2
I'm going to update very soon I like the profile page a lot.
