Is it possible to modify the ip address and tcp port provided in PW reset mail?

I have the following situation:

• nodebb configured to listen on eth0 only on port 4567
• nginx on port 80 used as proxy
• IP nat provided by the service hoster (cloudflare)

The problem is, that the emails to reset passwords contain eth0's ip address and port 4567, that is not reachable form the outside.
Is it possible to configure nodebb to provide 'domain name:80' as host part of the pass word reset link?
