Change the address in the confirmation link

Hi everyone

I was wondering how do we change the verification link?
Currently the confirmation link directs to:
http://ip address/confirm/secret-key

How do i change it to my domain name?
http://domain name/confirm/secret-key

The problem I m having is that some of my users not being able to confirm the link. They click the link but it shows that "page can't be accessed"
