Composer does not set title when replying

When replying to a topic the composer does not automatically fill the title input field which creates an error when using lavender theme:

when i click on reply i get this composer. "Entrer le titre du sujet ici" is the placholder text that is not disabled and on the bottom right "Nouveau Sujet"means new subject but i clicked on reply ...Thanks for the help

Hi, you might have a mismatched version of NodeBB core and Lavender/Vanilla. Can you post the result of
git rev-parse HEADfor core, as well as your Lav/Vanilla versions please?
