Getting started issue

    I am trying to migrate a huge WordPress community to NBB instance. But issue is it is not working properly. In digitalocean, after proper installation (I followed all the tutorials) it says "server is not responding". I am trying to use a special domain like .club for NBB. But when I try to install NBB with a .com or .net domain, it is working properly. Can someone clarify this issue? 😏

    Also are there any paid themes available for NBB? Majestic V4 is not on sale any more.

    @pitaj Yes it does sound like the same issue, I did notice that even after I deleted all the users, if I tried to register a new user with a new email that I know was not present previously the new user ID is sequential so that tells me that even though I deleted all the users, there is still some data existing somewhere in the database that was preventing registrations using any previously known email.

    As I said, I just gave up and deleted the database and started fresh, took me much longer to reconfigure everything, but was the only option I had since I couldn't get any user registrations to work.

    Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm really not sure if what you're trying to do. Are you trying to create a unique visitor graph or are you simply trying to display the unique Visitors for that current month? However, I think MongoDB timestamp is much similar to javascript time stamp. MongoDB has some built-in command to convert it however you can just as easily do this with javaScript.

    Comparison between jQuery post( or get) and socket.emit for communicating with server

    It looks like we can use either jQuery get/post or socket.emit when we try to get json data from or send it to a custom plugin in server.

    Can experts share your experience as to when to use one and when not to use the other?
    Any situation on choosing one over the other?

    @a_5mith I have a new issue now but it could be because I am running the rc version but I installed the latest version available (v0.5.0-2) but I am getting huge CPU spikes randomly from the forum that makes the server sluggish for up to 5 minutes.
