Facing issue in IE9

While running in IE9, "New Topic" button, logout menu item are not working. Can someone please help?

@sandip5159 Not many places support IE9 these days, it should really be phased out. If upgrading is not an option, nor using a better / another browser like Chrome or Firefox, then make sure Javascript is enabled, and clear out any and all cache. To rule out that.
