Problem with Gravatar uploading

I am having a problem with gravatars. It seems whenever I try uploading or changing one the screen dulls out grayish and doesn't allow you to do anything except anywhere you click it it takes you out of the gravatar screen... Any ideas?

Doing the same thing when trying to move or delete a topic as well
