I'm running Chrome 37.0.2062.52 on iOS 7.0.4 and I'm seeing the following when trying to start a new topic:
In portrait mode, it works fine.
In Safari, it works.

I have upgraded Nodejs version to v4.7.0 and It solved the problem.
