The only things not in the database that is can think of are uploads, which the docs you linked describe how to back up before an upgrade.

Ok, thanks to both of you. In case of any news i will update this thread. But for now i will continue with this bug. We can live with this.
The port 4567 is away in use, possibly do to nodebb already running. Google "how to kill process on port" and you should be able to kill whatever process is already running.
