The arrow button

When I saw this button first time, I think after I clicked, input area will expanded to max, and then "arrow up" will turn to "arrow down". But the arrow button is designed for "drag". I think maybe the button can drag and can click too, or just change a icon to make it looks like "drag me"

yeah, I'd agree with that (probably the ellipsis icon?)

Note that the full universe of emoji is only available if you drag the window bigger, which took me weeks to figure out. (or else you can't scroll down the emoji list)
Since emoji selection is a good marker of forum excitement, there must be an easier way to access all those offbeat emoji...or make the window dragging more intuitive. Convoe's is a good step.
