Eastern european software developers here? Willing to work for me?

Hi,

i am interested in employing a Softwaredeveloper that has what it takes to write plugins for NodeBB.
I am asking here, because I dont want to pay some party in between a ton of money.
I want to employ you directly as a parttime job. In germany this is more optimal for tax reasons etc. You should live in a EU country to make a deal more easy.
I plan that everyone can use these plugins, since this is an open scource project.

Pay would be 520€ per month, with meetings when needed. I will offer requirements lists to make the working experience more effective. Ofc the whole thing would be remote and in the end primarly the working plugin counts, not the woring hours.
