Is it possible to list subcategory topics under their parent folder

Is it possible to list subcategory topics under their parent category?
For example:
-
Sports (Parent Category)
- Football (Subcategory)
- Basketball (subcategory)
Currently topics of football listed at Football category but not listed at under sports. I would like to show football and basketball both of them under the Sports. Currently I need to click subcategory to see. I would like to show subcategory topics also at he parent category.

There was a plugin that does this:
