What is NodeBB's privacy policy?

I am trying to create a comprehensive privacy statement for the users of my forum.

1. The NodeBB software is opensource and built on Linux, which is ideal for privacy concerns. But is there a stated privacy policy for the software?
2. My forum is hosted on the NodeBB house server. Does that service come with a stated privacy policy that affects the users of the forum? I see the Privacy statement at the bottom of the NodeBB website, but it seems to apply to the entities recieving paid service from NodeBB, not the end users of the service.

The intro to the policy says "This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by NodeBB."

Does that mean it applies to the end users of the NodeBB forums?
