[BUG] Twitter embed plugin not working when twitter link includes "photo/1" in link

@Giorgio-Chiodi /photo/1 isn't needed, so if you want it to embed, just remove that bit and it should still work, submit an issue on the devs github to adjust the code to strip out photo/1 automatically if possible.

@a_5mith I did, but I can't expect the user to understand that. He just complains that it's not working.
