I currently use TwitterFeed to do mine. It's been around a few years and has some good options for filtering and when to fetch topics and so on. Also caters for Facebook and LinkedIN, though I can't say i've had much experience trying them. It uses your RSS feeds to get new topics.
Personally I'd prefer a built-in option but it does the job.
That's one way of doing it. There's a similar plugin that auto posts from RSS feeds: https://github.com/barisusakli/nodebb-plugin-rss
So perhaps you can change the code where it parses an RSS feed to reading the twitter feed instead. Or use an twitter to RSS service like https://twitrss.me/
If you wrote an IFTTT plugin though, that would be pretty cool
I setup nodebb-plugin-emailer-smtp-complete in order to send my email to a local postfix relay but it fails when you do not use auth.
I created an issue on the plugin's github, but have noreal idea how to fix or I would make a pull request.
sorvani created this issue in DoubleDash/nodebb-plugin-emailer-smtp-complete
Unable to send email without auth
