To get the root parent you would have to write a plugin and traverse up until you hit parentCid=0, this isn't available in core.
To detect page changes listen to the action:ajaxify.end client side event.

I run my forum with NodeBB and today I tried to add some codes in a post which works somehow fine, but I have a problem:
I use and RTL forum, but the code is RTL too. The code should be LTR in my opinion, and I was not able to find any files to edit that.Could you please help me regarding this issue? Or if I cannot fix it, then would dev teams consider this to fix?
Being the codes RTL makes it hard to read.I run it on my own server with root access.
