@gotwf You make some great points here that are hard to argue. As a privacy advocate (as you know already) it's important to protect privacy - if chat is effectively on public display for everyone else to see, it's no longer private, but a broadcast.

The entire point (on sudonix.com at least) is for chat to include sensitive information that particular user does not want made public, such as usernames and passwords etc.

@PitaJ That can be true if I do that. Or I am choosing something else, to add a icon like emoji instead.

Hi, I'd like to show associated accounts on profile pages. If it would be nice if users could choose to show it but admins can force to always show it. I'd like this mainly for Steam and Twitter. I know that this should be possible because of this: https://simplecraft.gyazo.com/58fc124f5f8e118a15887d4ce0d4bd5f appears in the edit profile section and those even have links to the profiles on their respective profile pages (except Github and Discord but that could be easily fixed).

Ahh dang, would definitely be a nice feature! I've resorted to making a quick and dirty plugin that will add new fields in the composer.tpl file.

Would be nice to one day have this plugin up and running to make my forms much more flexible!

Would be nice to have a plugin where we can set interactive like buttons, say use a set of emoji as like buttons, similar to the discourse-retort plugin or set a clickable text button, like the"thank" or the "offtopic" buttons in vanilla forum.

I have read the guidelines on how to make a plugin, but im an amateur. Making this plugin alone seems like a long shot. Willing to work along with someone.
