That is a widget created by the plugin nodebb-plugin-recent-cards you can install & activate then drag the widget.

Ah, you're right... it doesn't look like we support disassociation. Could be something we can add...
Either by simply removing the reference in the database, or potentially allowing it to be done on the remote end as well...
