Sorting posts and transfer picture to a server

Hi guys, Is there any way for each user to view his own posts by topics or categories in profile page? I think It can be helpful in some situations. How do you think?

When a user uploads a picture somewhere and posts the picture in forum, can we transfer that picture to forum's server? Is there any plugin for It? Imgurl is very good but It gets filtered in our country somedays.
