When you order a new nodebb instance for $3 a month, we setup and deploy a nodebb install with the credentials that you sent us.
All users get access to the Milkk control panel that allows you to stop, start, restart, and manage your nodebb install. The panel has a built in SSH connection to your install meaning you can have full root access to your install to upload plugins, themes, and manage your configuration files and webserver configuration files for nodebb.
We also have a FULLY MANAGED solution for an extra $3 a month (Making the whole price per month $6) where we will manage and install any files, plugins, themes, and more for you.
ALL INSTANCES COME WITH A 10GBPS CONNECTION! This means that NO LAG is anywhere to be found. Your Nodebb install will load in seconds no matter who accesses it.

If you're using Vultr (as your IP suggests), then 10GBPS is only accessable from their bare metal instances, and not from their VPS instances. The 10GBPS is also "burst", so not guaranteed. Neither does the connection speed mean that it has "no lagg anywhere to be found" because of peering: especially asian customers (Japan, Singapore, India, Korea) cannot get close to 10 MBits when connecting to the US instances of Vultr, even if the instance has a 10GBPS port.
I also believe that you share your resources over all or a portion of your customers, because of the price. That may be worth mentioning as well, as it's an obvious deal-breaker for many customers.

Can we choose the database to host our forums ? - yes, you can pick between redis and mongodb
Can we import/export our database, also automated to FTP ? - yes.
How do you ensure the forum is up 24/7 as node loves to crash often ? - we monitor the servers 24/7 and ensure uptime of 99% SLA. If your site does go down, you will be credited a free week every hour the site is down.
Test period should 1 week min --> we can do 1 week

We do use vultr for hosting. However, speeds are 10GBPS and you can test the connection speed yourself within the control panel.
Resources are dedicated to each user and not oversold. This hosting is apart of our main brand, Milkk Media Group. We can insure no lag will be found. If you have any loading issues, please let us know, and we will get to work on deploying your own custom server in your location region.
