write EPIPE problem

Hi nodebb team!

I would like to report a bug? maybe?

When I wanna test my email system: setting - Email - send this Email.

error: write EPIPE appears.

Meanwhile, I can not invite others because this error. I can not receive any email from it.

And looks no one had reported this problem, there is a thread on this: https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/issues/4193

How can I handle this? Im using nodebb 1.0.2.
For now I can not use any function from the Email.
