[NodeBB-Vagrant] Run NodeBB on a pre-designed Vagrant!

Want to play around with NodeBB to either see it running or develop themes or plugins?

I've made a vagrant box with Ubuntu 14.04 with Latest Stable Redis and NodeBB v0.8.x

Clone the repo and then vagrant up. Simples!

Is this a release with no issues? A perfectly working github project with no feature requests? I'll have to call GitHub to arrange my award ceremony. Either that or nobody's using it.

Maybe you should add a vagrant section to the docs A lot of people use vagrant, potentially they just don't know this solution exists yet
