Unable to validate an user's email ID through ACP

Currently on 0.5.1 and see no option to validate an user whose email ID is not confirmed yet. I use Mandrill plugin and it says email sent. But user hasn't got the email yet. I wish to validate the user through ACP and got myself no option to do. Please help.
