suggestions for core modification

I have also some suggestions for core modification, mostly minor changes, but IMHO a must for forum admin to make the launch :
- About page displayed in the main header - content is customized in admin section
- Contact page displayed in the main header - content is customized in admin section ( e.g you can change email )
- Term of use - displayed in footer - customized in admin section
- Users must agree with term of use in registration. Also on the register page he can read the terms and when he agrees then app allows registration and redirects to app

ACP>General Settings>User scroll to the very bottom, enter your terms and conditions here. Save, your t&cs will be visible on registration.

Use a mailto link or encourage them to sign up and chat to you.
About page displayed in the main header - content is customized in admin section
There's a plugin that lets you do this, but it's very basic and I don't know if it works, I think it's this one

So you need to define the route, then create the template file that goes with it.
