@wdlindsy I understand that but without knowing to a certainty, I would bet the man has no license or permit to possess or store explosives.

It stops at gun control."@wdlindsy I can guarantee you that storing explosives (without license and/or permit) other than legally acquired fireworks (in states that allow them) is against any state’s laws (federal as well).

I’m curious as to what explosives someone can legally stock (besides firecrackers and the like, which admittedly can do some damage)?
