I was interested by LevelDB because I searched on google and on the project page, the author said that LevelDB is fast and lightweight.

I tried to use leveldb on a debian machine. But it does not work.
I got this error :

error: Unable to initialize Level DB! Is Level DB installed? Error :Cannot read property 'Store' of undefined

Note : I ran the setup with root user.

I don't have write access on the french repository ;).

After reading the docs, you should put nodebb-french for the repository on github and not nodebb-docs-fr.

I use VPS free for host my nodebb forum because i don't want a big forum and my website isn't popular.
I have launch nodebb on VPS.me with Debian and a free DB mongo. Here you are : http://forum.unixfox.com !
Why I use a VPS free ? Because I am a student and i can't buy online.
