@zens it’s a great annoying example of a technical term lazily deriving from ordinary English without regard for political consequences.
99% of the time it will boil down to survival-of-the-most-cautiously-horny, or something to that effect, but it’s a statistical effect over scales that no human mind will ever really comprehend. Any name that isn’t clearly statistics jargon will be misleading.
