So I'm reeaaaally liking NodeBB, it's very awesome! But I want to add a few custom pages to it. I basically want to make a website, and have node bb be the core of the website. For example, I want to have the chat across all pages. On a scale of one to ten (ten being very hard), how hard do you think this would be to make. I really want to avoid any hacky ways.

@frissdiegurke Thanks, I tried following the commands in the last post but that did me no good. I also tried this http://stackoverflow.com/a/20720259 but it still has that 10+ second delay.

@julian for what its worth, it starts working seconds after I REFRESH the page.

@frissdiegurke I have, when I go to the plugin's section sometimes the shortcuts load, sometimes they don't. I'm having a very odd experience, and none of the shortcuts that are sometimes listed work at all.

Edit: I've also tried restarting many times.

The plugin doesn't seem to be functioning correctly at all I think I'll pass on using it for now.

@julian Sorry if I'm wasting your time, but I don't seem to understand how to use this plugin. I installed it and it says on the github repo 'Contains Help-message on ? press', I keep trying to hit ? but nothing happens.

@SupaHam Ah I figured it out. I had nodebb-plugin-emoji and nodebb-plugin-emoji-extended enabled. I had to disable nodebb-plugin-emoji, which originally is enabled by default by NodeBB in order for nodebb-plugin-emoji-extended to handle all emotes on its own.

@a_5mith Ahhh that was the issue! Thanks a lot for your help. Now to figure out why its putting weird html code in there

@a_5mith it was set to 'http://localhost' but I changed it to 'http://nodebb.supaham.com' but it also appends the port the software is actually running on, 4567.

Hey, so I installed NodeBB and started messing around with it. I installed emoji-extended but when I try to view them, it doesn't display it correctly. Here's an exmaple of what's happening: http://nodebb.supaham.com/topic/3/this-forum-sucks/7 It seems to be linking to localhost:4567, how do make it use nodebb.supaham.com instead?

Excuse my ignorance, but what does that have to do with the issue I'm reporting? I'm reporting about the reply window being full width, not the button that changes the width of your view.

@a_5mith I'm not sure I fully understand, but do you think this is something that could be fixed in the future?
