@sofiaritz Every sound you will hear is normal and has been taken into account, be it an engine, the flaps or the wheels once you land. There is no need to worry at all, you're in good hands. But of course, follow the safety instructions and have the brochure near you just in case.

I like window seats better so I can see the landscape. By now I guess it's a bit late to change if you want to, but it's all about tastes.

*I think* you should be able to enter Belgium just with your national ID but it's even faster if you carry an electronic passport, which are issued by default now in Spain.

You're going to a close destination with light luggage. That's a good way to start! Enjoy the flight and have a nice trip

@sofiaritz Then just act normal (which is kind of impossible in the airport controls). They may stop you at random and perform a drug check. If you're wearing platforms they'll ask you to go through the arc barefoot.

Be sure to arrive at least 90 minutes earlier, 2 hours preferred, to avoid unpleasant last minute surprises. Locate your gate first, go shopping or having a meal (if you want) later.

The plane won't leave until everybody is seated and their seatbelts fastened, so no need to rush once you're in. The safety instructions will tell you what to do with your bag but it sounds like you won't need the loading bays.

Take offs can be hard, mostly if the plane is not very large. Once in the runway the gravity pushing you against your seat could be the worst part. Be prepared to experience the actual ascent. Close your eyes, breathe deeply or use a relaxing scent before entering the aircraft if you need it.

Aaand there's a few more things I could say in my experience but I'd need to know if you're staying in the EU or not, if your luggage is large or not...
