Woops. Sorry, it's not about a restart.

So, while trying to recreate this, I noticed that the duplicate is only happening when the guest types in a 'custom' name for himself. If he leaves the name field blank, the post is created once and all goes fine.
As soon as the guest enters his custom name in the name field, the topic is created twice.
Yes, I have given guests the permissions to create topics.

Should I open an issue at GitHub or posting here should be fine?

I'm not sure if it is only me, but the only topic similar to mine is - https://community.nodebb.org/topic/2710/double-posts

No reloads, no refreshes, but every topic submitted by a user is created twice and the most recently created is presented to the user submitting it. Every time somebody posts, I need to go around delete and then purge the one created in excess.

A restart fixes it for a while and I can see it happening again after a few days. Dunno what is causing it and how to find out.

I think that is the one which anybody will notice at the first visit to that page. I was needed to use find in page to get the exact code I was needed to include into the file. Or is it so that it is only needed on HTTPS installs?

I've recently installed nodeBB, migrating out of the bbPress forums. The forum is located at TechMesto, just if you'd wanna include it in the original post.
Spent days on discourse, but I found nodeBB having a better community and plugin support. Plus the docker based install of Discourse is a big mess. The importer plugin for nodeBB does wonders and after some support from developer, helped me migrade pretty much everything from my bbPress over to nodeBB.
