Error message occurs when I do the npm install

So I had NodeBB i think 1.5 installed, however I noticed bugs in it with the themes, as the bootswatch themes werent working, and I searched the issue and found that it was fixed in the latest version

I tried to upgrade to the latest version but its failing.
