@jnv currently on my personal devices I have NextDND with a profile set up to my liking, my router uses Quad9 for any device that do have the option to change DNS.
I do, however, use CloudFlare on other setups (like my virtual Linux HyperV network) since I rather use it than Google's one, and also because CloudFlare seems to have less latency than Google DNS where I live.
