2 plug-ins that would be highly useful, and even work together somewhat would be a paid membership widget option where they click and pay(maybe throught paypal) and it adds them to a group with special permissions sich as extended messages in pm box, special colored post and reply box, tag that says they are premium member and possibly other benifts.

A way to edit group privileges and special benifits would work for this to as well as for things like adding new moderators. In a forum with 100 or more catagories, making general moderators would be painful.

Are any if these in the works for the near future?

Awesome thanks for the info! I have just started with the nodebb. A buddy of mine recommened it for me as i am starting a forum and set it up so i can go through the interface and work with it.. Really liking it. Appreciate the help and answers to my questions you guys have given me so far.

On a more serious note, will they have tags in the left similar to admin created groups? Or will they appear differently?
Can this option be toggled off say you didn't want it?
Also, what about showing group tags on mobile admin groups and now user groups? If groups are becoming more serious, they should display everywhere.

I can use .png files extentions which will have transparent background which would work. Can I specify a fixed size for the image? It seems to either stretch it to the size or tile it.

I don't mind using imgur, you can set it as private I believe and will use less disk space. looking at it again so I can send you what its doing and looks like I am doing file upload. Don't see an option to allow image. Do I need a plug in to allow it.
