@Techaltar They probably meant to say:
"i hate how samsung claims they release a new android version when they cant. because Google owns it. Google released Android 10 in 2020. so samsung added ther skin on top of android and called it thats a new version even thow its not."
...Not that that's entirely accurate either, but I assume they're probably referring to Samsung's OneUI Android skin that gets minor updates outside of Android release cycles, but idk.
