@skinnylatte el rancho grande has my favorite burrito (after tacqueria los coyotes closed). I still miss the carnitas from Los coyotes — it had a very distinct texture of crunchy AND melt in the mouth!

TIL I can use the same Amtrak ticket to take an earlier or later train without any modification. Way better than traveling by air.
