@wdlindsy The Southern Baptist and Evangelical churches are nothing but white political arms of the #Republican party the United Methodists seem to be a bit more empathetic to certain demographics but still incredibly segregated. I grew up #Jewish there wasn’t great they abused #black folk though.

@wdlindsy 100% about religion they are #Trump's base it won't change until their daughters or granddaughters get raped or die of sepsis.

@wdlindsy They make up for their lack of understanding of history and intelligent commentary with overwhelming voting numbers in swing states and shouting down equality with white billionaire money. It's always either a demagogue, a conspiracy theory, or some kind of nostalgia about how they are being oppressed. Boring.

@wdlindsy The problem is and has been they bring up politics within the first 5 minutes of conversation they have nothing else to talk about. This was taboo only 10 years ago but now thanks to them everything is on the table. And then I start challenging them and they get triggered. There's just no reason to do it you already know what the bourgeoise sheep are going to say and do I"m just not that in to conspiracy theories.
