a few starter tips for white queers on the fedi
*you aren't the dean of queer people, you don't get to ask for a public apology on anyone else's behalf. You aren't the arbiter of contrition or the forgiveness of sins
*if you haven't been in the business of publically pursuing white people for a social infraction, particularly one regularly inflicted on queer Black and brown people, stop and think about why you have a sudden urge to call out and tone police a Black person
*if you aren't sure you fully understand a situation and all the parties involved, reflect on why you feel so empowered to wade in on certain people
