The property system, including the right to exclude and the concept of trespass, are components of the state. A police warrant is too, and overrides the right to exclude. So yes, it is an invitation to enter (just not from you).

Not just topics, but related questions. That feature of SO is extremely useful when you initially find questions that are almost, but not quite your question. That would be fairly easy to add to a federated system.
