Science has a huge #ableism problem. My experience as #DisabledAndSTEM has been ppl trying to deny me access (both accessibility & access to programs that are supposed to help like NSF REU) every step of the way.

So when looking for info on accessibility, keep in mind that many disabled ppl are actively fenced out of academia. Those that are in there either became disabled after already being in STEM, or have disabilities they can hide, or have disabilities that aren't significantly selected on

@jonny I only heard of and bought Darn Tough within the last year or so. Haven't made a toe hole in one yet. But look forward to that warranty if it happens.
