@chris @bsky.brid.gy @Canucks yeah. I think this is the right perspective. Bluesky is the next best option after Mastodon imo. I'm happy it's happening. It really feels like the exodus is real this time.

I hope Bluesky and Mastodon can play nice in the future. I know there is a bridge right now, but hopefully there's better in the future.

@gamingonlinux agreed. I love mastodon and the the idea of it. But sometimes I think people don't understand how difficult the culture is around here.

I noticed some people mentioning how starter packs are nice at Bluesky and why they don't exist here at Mastodon. And people just get up in their feelings and it's always like "that's not how we do things here." No further discussion.

It just seems so antagonistic.

But love the technology and the idea of it. So I will continue to use both.
