Inter-country observation: In Norway, even short-distance trains have ample space, luggage racks, sockets, and USB plugs. Some have WiFi. In Belgium, most airport-bound trains have no luggage racks or ones so high that an average person can't reach them. Sockets are rare, and USB plugs mostly nonexistent. WiFi is spotty. My biggest frustration, though, are the railway station gates at Brussels Airport - either they don't work or there's a massive queue because travelers can’t figure them out.
