I need a hook to refresh carousel after edited, so could you guys add a hook like action:topic.updated or any existed hook will works like that?

I just created a plugin to play HLS video GitHub

@a_5mith That's sort posts in topic, I want sort topics in category. The popular is for all topic not for special category. As I said If I want to find the best plugin, it's a topic, popular is a place to go, but there're other informations not only plugins.

So maybe add a sort menu in category will be better?
