Back to our hotel after another great night out in Osaka. Big thanks to the crew at Eagle Osaka! Would have been even later but we have a flight to catch tomorrow morning. And then, Tokyo!!!

️ We made it to Tokyo in one piece, after a predictably wonderful flight with JAL. Then a smooth transfer to Osaka and a superb night’s sleep. Just had breakfast in our hotel before going out for a wander.

It’s so nice to be back in Japan.

Awake since 4:30am and my last client appointment doesn’t finish until 5pm. Today is going to feel like a very long day indeed.

Backstory on the art: we saw a piece just like it but with very different colours. So my partner approached the artist about other pieces and he ended up doing this one as a commission for us. We chose the colours and shades. I love it so much.

The sunshine this morning has heated up my living room to 24.5C and I am loving it. Not planning on moving from here for a while!

It’s seven years to the day since I started my podcast. It was dreadful to begin with - I can’t bear to listen to early episodes - but I think I’ve improved over the years. It’s something I’m glad I’ve continued and allows me to flex my creativity at work.
