I know of two people who have been first-hand groomed, and have multiple ex-moderators who will back up this claim. Ashten has been 100% complicit with relationships between adults and minors.

Ashten was completely complicit during Luna's grooming. Need I remind you that as far as I know, she is almost 30 now. And an instance administrator is not a person who should be "watching over" underage children who are having sexual relations with an adult. It should be her responsibility to prevent it and to report it. You are not a safe injection site. You are an administrator of an instance.

Ah yes. The meme account. People think this one is stupid and a non-issue. I disagree. There's a lot of context and nuance when someone makes a decision. Even when I make a panic-decision, it's because I feel threatened because of an issue that is imminently going to impact my users; and i now have tools and safeguards in place to ensure that i don't panic-button nuke things again. And yet all of this can somehow be reduced to "haha funny guy brought pizza and now the instance is on fire!" despite children (allegedly) posting their naked body on the instance.

The Trite points.
I get it. Some of the points I made in my argument were trite points. But all of the points I combined should be reason enough to suspend an instance. I shouldn't need to feel pressured to keep an instance running because it's popular. It's not okay.

10Tails.
I have not, will not pressure anybody in my group to come to a conclusion. I have not, and will not. If you do not trust me, then fine. But you can ask for the experiences of anyone who is near me. Despite my search for evidence, this is something I have done on my own. I have asked people to join me. I did not pressure them. I did not threaten them. I did not force them. They heard what evidence I had, and they agreed.

Whenever I become the owner of something, I make my expectations of ownership clear. I am the instance's bank account. Nothing more. I make it explicitly clear that I am not their boss or manager, and that I am to be ignored if I make any sort of orders. Please feel free to ask the administrators. I did not threaten them to do anything. I showed them the proof, and they joined the cause.

My "staff" follow me because i work hard to earn and keep their respect and trust. They help me and in return i sometimes get them gifts as a thank you. They do not get paid for the extreme labor they put in for me.

If you want more proof that this is something I wouldn't be able to pressure people to do, then please look at the management charting. 10Tails owns 5% of the IP for Transfem. That's it.

And yet somehow, even though I'm losing money every month, I want to destroy or adopt instances anywhere I can. I built two instances, and I bought two instances on the brink of death.

I put in a little bit of money because I wanted to help my girlfriend pay the 8,000 euro ransom that the server was being held hostage for.

I gave my friend 500 dollars to let him run the instance, so i can make his financial issues up and disappear.

I wanted my friend's instances to survive, and if losing an absolute shit ton of money with absolutely no reward makes me a capitalistic monster that's looking to EEE the entirety of queer fedi, then great. I'm happy I wasted my money for nothing.

Hell, if you want to know, I actually tried my best last night to transfer and/or burn my shares of the Transfem IP. I wanted to do it in private, but there was an outcry of support from the team and moderation, who would rather quit than see me leave.

I have no connection to any of these instances. I believe I even got into a fight with one of them at one point or another. I had no communication with them at any point in time; but they drew their own conclusion.

If I'm the enemy, then you're free to defederate my instance, and let it rot. I don't want to be in this space if you're going to ignore the victims coming out, and scream at the top of your lungs that I'm choosing to bully ashten.
