@chris @Jade @danneau Turia river at València is all kinds of interesting. Prior to the 60s it ran through the city centre but was diverted around the south (tracking the V30 as you've seen) because of how prone it was to flooding. The old channel is now a most amazing urban park (in green on this map) with the science museum, aquarium, etc.
