@ryanc Nice. I got a bit incoherently ranty there. Sorry for that. You just reminded me of a side project I put on the back burner and never got back around to. You said you are doing PSK though, and the issue I noticed only applies to EAP-TLS, so you likely won't hit it.

I need to set up a RADIUS server for my home network.@ryanc So, every device that joins my wireless network has a certificate, and it gets put into a specific VLAN based on that certificate. laptops, cell phones, guest devices, SDR feeder devices etc. The Freeradius code does what I want. Some of the router code probably needs some reevaluation though. If you want to discuss let me know.

Interesting Petzl recall on a harness (there are multiple models where I could see this happening...@stevewfolds @ai6yr More specifically Chouinard Equipment, as Patagonia never made gear.
Suits Force Mountain Gear Firm to File for Bankruptcy
While Yvon Chouinard may be best known for founding Patagonia, the Ventura-based distributor of outdoor clothing, the seeds of his $70-million empire were in the functional climbing gear he first fashioned in the early 1960s in a metalworking shed in his parents' back yard.
Los Angeles Times (www.latimes.com)
I bought one of the harnesses in question back in the 1980's. There was an REI branded model. The issue was that there were two tie in loops in the front side by side, and if you didn't tie into both it put a shearing strain on the stitching.

My keyboards can now detect the operating system of the computer they're plugged into. Neat.@ryanc Oh... If I could have an automatic key remapping based on OS.. . .

I just watched someone try to use a card via contactless, have it fail, wipe it off with their shirt sleeve, and try again. It continued to fail.@ryanc Near field works a lot better without the 5 microns of dust.
