I'm getting repeatable broken layouts when loading this forum, as if all CSS gets reset. The point at which this happens depends on the browser:

• Edge (44.18362.329.0): immediately after login the page displays using correct layout for a moment, then the layout breaks without any user action. Clearing cookies and reloading does not change this behavior.
• Chrome (77.0.3865.75) and Firefox (69.0): layout breaks after reloading the page or opening it a second tab. Using the forum in a single tab without reloading the page works.
