Not out of the box... I believe the Mandrill plugin has support for inbound emails, although that hasn't been tested in quite some time. SendGrid is our emailer of choice, although right now it only handles outbound emails from NodeBB itself (digests, confirmation emails, etc.) Sorry about that...
