The 4.3.0 upgrade is pretty much complete! We're running a few background re-indexing tasks over the next hour or so, but otherwise you've probably noticed the site is back up. If you're visiting via the web, you'll see a whole new design for the Mastodon UI!

I just don't know how it could be any clearer: if Trump is president (or Vance after Trump dies of poor health in office), then:Please make sure to report when blocking as well. We try to catch them, but having the community help always helps.

Reminder to Fedi admins that are moderating the spam wave that started last week: @iftas has been maintaining a list of instances, keeping track of which are still impacted, and doing outreach to the impacted instances to assist:Agreed! It's really important to remember that people support people and people solve people problems, sometimes - but not always - with the aid of technology.
There are a lot reasons this is important, but situations like these where instances may be compromised and 1 ) not know or 2 ) not know what they can do to make it stop is how humans can help each other with knowledgesharing and support.
