Is there some *easy* way to batch convert wordpress blog entries into plain HTML that keeps the same URLs?Is there some *easy* way to batch convert wordpress blog entries into plain HTML that keeps the same URLs? I don’t want to break people’s links.
I can handle plain HTML. I have BBEdit and I know how to use it mostly (my grep is pretty minimal). (My tags and categories are already messed up, so they’d need editing anyway.)
Failing that, is there some way to import them into some other site management system?

Another website question.Another website question. I have an old self-hosted wordpress blog with more than a thousand pages. I cannot just ditch most of that and start over, because it’s how I’ve been publishing knitting stitch patterns and tutorials and My Thoughts on Knitting, Arts, and Crafts, most of which doesn’t go out of date.
Even before the most recent Mullenweg meltdown, I had been kind of feeling like there must be a better way.
See next post for the actual question.

I have met #ADHD folks all productive and stuff, Getting Things Done left and right.@randomgeek @edebill I sent that too soon.
Another trouble is that there’s so many possible traits and each of us has them to different extents (possibly varying somewhat over time?)
And definitely the annoyance factor comes into play

I see warnings about this every year, but it’s easy to think that means everyone knows.I see warnings about this every year, but it’s easy to think that means everyone knows. Activated charcoal is put in drinks in October to color them black.
The trouble with this is that it can keep your body from absorbing medications.
I don’t know the details of which ones (I know I’ve seen lists before that include birth control), but personally I think it would be best to avoid it if you’re taking any medicine by mouth.
The Truth About Activated Charcoal
Activated charcoal is in food and toothpaste, drinks and supplements. It promises to remove odors, ease gas, clean teeth, and more. Here’s what science says about the claims.
